FAMILY CARE GIVER (FCA)

At CentrePoint Support Living, we recognize the deep commitment that families show when caring for loved ones with special needs. Our Family Caregiver Program is designed to empower parents and guardians, enabling them to maintain their essential roles while receiving the support they need. We collaborate with families to provide both compensation and training, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.

Additionally, parents can access a variety of Health First Colorado Medicaid services, such as adult day programs, non-medical transportation, and behavioral health therapies. Our mission is to assist families in keeping their loved ones at home for as long as possible, fostering a nurturing environment where everyone can thrive together.
