who we serve?
CentrePoint is a forward-thinking healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional Person-Centered-Care to those in our community who are often marginalized — individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to supporting those who are unable to care for themselves. At CentrePoint Support Living, we offer integrated support living services tailored for both young adults in transition on the CES and SLS Waiver, as well as adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
It is our profound privilege to assist those who require help in their daily lives. As an approved provider under the Health First Colorado Medicaid program, we also leverage various private and foundation funding sources to make our services accessible. In Colorado, there are over 92,000 individuals classified as I/DD who are actively seeking the vital support services they deserve.
